On purchasing our apartment on the Algarve, we realised that we would not have time to go to the town and source our own furnishings. It was at this point that MRI, the company through whom we bought the apartment, recommended Solutions Overseas.

We were able to choose the furniture, and colour schemes over the internet, via emailed photographs, and all of the kitchen items were included, which saved us having to think through everything that is required in a rental property.

It is somewhat daunting, sending thousands of Euro to companies that you don't know, however all has turned out extremely well. The furniture is of a high quality and perfectly positioned in the apartment. I particularly like the added touches of dried flowers and candles, which makes it much more welcoming.

The apartment was cleaned and furnished by the date agreed, and my husband and I were the first to visit it, and were very pleased indeed.

I would not hesitate to recommend Solutions Overseas, as they are professional and totally trustworthy. Lynne has been inundated with emails from me, asking many questions, as I have not bought in Portugal before, and the process is very new to me. She has always responded quickly and in a very friendly manner.

The process of advertising the property has been explained to me, and I look forward to other people enjoying such a beautiful apartment and town as Lagos.'
