Hi Kelly,

I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you have done for me and Sarah. As you know when we lost our property in Italy I truly believed that I had lost my life savings. And with Sarah being due with the little one in the next month the pressure I have been under was horrible.

After speaking with you I admit I was very cautious and it took me some time to build the confidence to trust anyone again. The reassurances that you gave me about making the right decisions gave me the belief that I needed and I no longer felt that I would be taking a ‘leap of faith’ when you explained your swap solution to me.

I am so happy with my new property in Bansko that I cannot tell you and going to see my new property and actually having four walls of my own to stay in was an incredible feeling.

I look forward to going skiing in Bansko this year and I now have something to look forward to and also something for my baby’s future.
