Hi Kelly.

I am quite fussy about service and we run a service company. I realise that things go wrong but this can be an opportunity to stand out from the crowd and work closely with clients to achieve a good end result. I was very cautious to be using yet another company to do the important things like furnishing and rental. However I genuinely think Solutions Overseas has provided an excellent service and we are delighted with the result so far and hope that your ability to manage the aprtment, bookings etc. is to the same high standard.

I am surprised that purchasing the apartment (Marinella Mare, Calabria, Italy)was as difficult and stressful as it turned out to be but feel confident in your abilities and would (and have) recommended your services to others. I think most companies get the bulk of things correct but it is the last 2% that makes the difference between a satisfied and not-satisfied customer.

I think you come back quickly, respond when you say you will, keep us informed and don´t make false promises. I am trying hard to think of anything you guys could do better but nothing comes to mind.
