Hi Barrie,

I am overall extremely pleased with the service level provided by Solutions Overseas. I was especially happy with the regular updates given to me (without having to chase). I have to admit though, the fact you personally handled the case helped a lot with my overall feeling. I wish all service providers were taking customer care so seriously.
