According to Holiday Home Insurance Company Intasure there is growing investor confidence in the Egyptian property Market.

Intasure quote global estate agency Jones Lang la Salle, saying that buyer confidence is at an all-time high in the Arab Republic, with only Saudi Arabia ahead of it in that regard.

"Four years ago, Egypt was not among the top ten destinations for investing in real estate, but now, according to a survey of 200 investors, it has reached the pinnacle," said Blair Hagkull, the agency's Middle East and North Africa chairman.

Intasure state that “Egypt's continuing economic stability and growth is the main factor behind the improving health of the nation's housing market.

Increasingly, affluent individuals are looking to secure holiday homes there, fuelling the growth and pushing up the value of property”
